For everyone who loves citrus fruits and light desserts, I advise you to prepare this orange-tangerine delight. Beware of excess calories, however, as the dessert contains sugar. Perfect for quickly treating unexpected guests. They will appreciate your treat. Try it and you won't regret wasting your time.

- - orange juice - 3 glasses,
- - tangerines - 3-4 pcs.,
- - sugar - 80 g,
- - sheet gelatin - 60 g,
- - orange liqueur - 2 tsp

Step 1
Put orange juice on the stove, heat (do not boil!), Dissolve sugar in it, add gelatin. Hold on the stove until the gelatin dissolves and remove from heat. Cool slightly.
Step 2
In the meantime, peel the tangerines and divide them into wedges, properly removing the bitter white mesh. Add liqueur to the warm gelatinous mass, mix and pour everything into a mold.
Step 3
Put the tangerines in the mixture. Hold for some time at room temperature to cool the mass, and then place the mold in the refrigerator to set the jelly. After about 2-3 hours, the dessert can be removed from the willow mold, cut into portions and served, garnished with mint leaves.
