- mayonnaise - 70-80 g,

Initially, rinse and dry the tomatoes. Cut them into circles, 0.7 mm thick. Do not use cut edges, they do not look aesthetically pleasing on the dish. Season the cooked slices with salt and pepper. Spread a little mayonnaise on each tomato slice.
