Raspberry-filled nut pie is an unusual dessert. The dough contains walnuts. Raspberry jam will add sourness and a special flavor to the cake. The pie is very simple to prepare. Cooking will not take long.

- - walnuts (peeled) - 200 g;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
- - flour - 350 g;
- - raspberries - 300 g;
- - apricot jam - 2 tbsp. l.;
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a water bath or microwave. Beat eggs (2 pieces) with sugar (150 grams) with a mixer. Grind the walnuts into small crumbs with a blender.
Step 2
Combine sugar-beaten eggs, butter, walnuts, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Pour flour in small portions, knead the dough. It should be soft and pliable.
Step 3
Cover the raspberries with sugar and leave for 15 minutes. Then grind the raspberries with a blender until puree.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with flour. Spread 2/3 of the dough over the shape in a thin layer, make small sides. Put the raspberry puree on the dough, smooth.
Step 5
Roll the remaining dough into a layer and cut into strips 5-7 mm wide. Place the strips on top of the raspberry puree in a wire rack. Brush the top of the pie with the yolk of the remaining egg and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool the finished cake slightly and brush with apricot jam. The cake is ready.
