Many people love Napoleon cake - this is already a traditional delicacy. Only now it is quite problematic to prepare such a delicacy on your own, so we suggest you prepare a lazy "Napoleon" with butter cream.

- - puff yeast-free dough - 1 package (800 grams);
- - heavy cream 30% - 250 milliliters;
- - butter - 200 grams;
- - condensed milk - 1 can (400 grams).

Step 1
Defrost the dough, place the dough sheets on a baking sheet, prick with a fork. Send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake until golden brown (about fifteen minutes). Cool it down.
Step 2
Prepare the cream. Whisk condensed milk and butter at room temperature on low speed. Whip the cream separately, stir in the buttercream.
Step 3
Chop one crust for sprinkling. Coat the cakes with cream (do not save it), smear the sides and top with it, sprinkle with crumbs.
Step 4
Leave the Napoleon cake for an hour at room temperature, then put it in the refrigerator overnight. Before serving, keep that for ten minutes outside the refrigerator. Enjoy your tea!
