It is necessary

  • - 10 pieces of quail eggs
  • - 200 grams of parmesan cheese
  • - 1 bunch of lettuce leaves
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 1 bunch of green onions
  • - salt and pepper to taste

  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower oil,
  • - juice of half a lemon,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the bunch of lettuce leaves well, shake off and place on a plate to dry out a little. Cut or tear the salad into large pieces.

Step 2

Rinse green onions well, dry and chop finely. The finer the chopped onions, the tastier the salad will become.

Step 3

Grate 200-250 grams of Parmesan on a fine grater (you can use any cheese). Leave the cheese in a separate cup to decorate the salad.

Step 4

Rinse eggs and boil for six minutes after boiling water. Quail eggs can be replaced with chicken eggs. Place the boiled eggs in cold water to cool. Peel the cooled eggs, cut in half.

Step 5

Cut herring fillet into strips (width to taste). If you have a whole herring, then peel it of the skin and entrails. Separate the fillets carefully and chop.

Step 6

Prepare a dressing.

In a cup, mix 4 tablespoons of vegetable or sunflower oil with the juice of half a lemon, mix well, salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.

Step 7

Put lettuce leaves on a wide dish, sprinkle with green onions. Put halves of quail eggs and pieces of herring on the onion. Pour the prepared dressing over the salad and sprinkle with the cheese.
