The liver is a very useful product. But practically no one likes it, and even more so does not prepare it from this product. There is simply a magical dish in which the liver is aromatic, tender and tasty. Try to cook it. And so that there is no bitterness, soak the offal in milk.

It is necessary

  • - liver (pork and beef) - 200 g,
  • - flour - 1 tbsp. l.,
  • - Bulgarian green pepper - 12 pcs.,
  • - onions -1 pc.,
  • - tomato sauce - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • - garlic - 3 cloves,
  • - lemon juice - 1-2 tbsp. l.,
  • - chili pepper - 1 pc.,
  • - cauliflower - 200 g,
  • - broccoli - 200 g,
  • - cherry tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.,
  • - olive oil for frying,
  • - a few chives feathers,
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

We keep the liver in milk for several hours so that its taste is softer and juicier. Then cut into small pieces, roll in flour and fry in a frying pan in olive oil.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and bell pepper and add to the liver. Then pour 1-2 cups of water into the pan, add tomato sauce, lemon juice and simmer. Salt the mixture, add chopped chili and chopped garlic.

Step 3

Boil broccoli and cauliflower, put in a colander. Put the boiled cabbage on a flat plate, put the fried liver on top with a slide. Decorate with cherry tomato halves and chives.
