Rice pudding is a bit like rice porridge, but it turns out to be more liquid and very aromatic due to the addition of spices. It is very simple to prepare this delicacy, children will be delighted with it.
It is necessary
- - 1, 2 liters of milk;
- - 200 gr. round rice;
- - 65 gr. Sahara;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1, 5 teaspoons of vanilla extract;
- - half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Instructions
Step 1
The recipe for this pudding is incredibly simple. First you need to pour milk into a saucepan and add rice with sugar and salt.
Step 2
The milk should be brought to a boil, stirring constantly so that the rice does not stick to the bottom of the pot. As soon as the milk boils, the temperature should be reduced to almost minimum and the rice should be cooked for 20 minutes, not forgetting to stir it.
Step 3
When the rice is almost ready, remove it from the heat and add the cinnamon and vanilla extract to the pan, mix very well and return to the fire for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
The finished dessert can be served warm or cold. Raisins can be added if desired.
