It is necessary
- - 300-350 grams of beef pulp;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 100 grams of pickled / pickled cucumbers;
- - 100 grams of Korean carrots;
- - 100 gr onions (white onion)
- - mayonnaise;
- - laurel leaf, peppercorns;
- - ground pepper and salt to taste;
- - 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to boil the meat. Pour a piece of beef with water in a saucepan, put a few peppercorns, bay leaf. You need to cook the meat until tender, and this is about 40-50 minutes after the water boils. Cool the cooked meat, then cut into small strips.
Step 2
Peel the onion and cut into thin strips. In a skillet with heated oil, sauté it until golden brown, and then cool.
Step 3
Hard-boiled eggs, cool in cool water and peel. Separate the white and yolk from each other and rub on a fine grater in different containers. Cut the pickled cucumbers into strips and, if necessary, put in a colander to remove excess brine.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine Korean carrots, boiled meat, sautéed onions, yolks and pickles. Add mayonnaise, stir and taste the salad. If necessary, you can add salt and pepper, as well as herbs.
Step 5
Put the bone-shaped salad on a flat plate, tamp it a little so that it does not fall apart. Top the salad with grated egg whites to get a nice white bone.
