This dish satisfies the tastes of all members of my family: some meat, some vegetables, and some cheese buns. I highly recommend cooking, you will not regret it! Delicious and quite simple.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of small young potatoes,
- - 3 onions,
- - 3 bell peppers,
- - 3 strong tomatoes,
- - 8-9 chicken drumsticks,
- - salt,
- - ground black pepper,
- - vegetable oil,
- - ketchup,
- - mustard.
- For buns:
- - 100-150 g of processed cheese,
- - 1 large egg,
- - a pinch of baking soda,
- - flour.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix 1 tbsp. l. mustard and 2 tbsp. l. ketchup, coat the chicken drumsticks with this mixture. Wash the potatoes with a brush, do not peel. Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings. Remove seeds from pepper and cut into strips. Take a strong plastic bag, put 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, 1 tbsp. l. mustard, 1 tsp. with a slide of salt and 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper. Add vegetables and mix well so that each piece is coated with mustard oil mixture.
Step 2
Place prepared vegetables, alternating with chopped tomatoes, into a deep baking dish. Lay out the pickled drumsticks on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 ° C (without cooking).
Step 3
While vegetables and meat are being baked, prepare dough for buns: grate melted cheese, add an egg, a pinch of soda, salt if necessary, add flour and knead a soft dough. Roll out the dough 1, 5-2 cm thick on a table sprinkled with flour. Cut out circles with a glass.
Step 4
When the potatoes are almost ready, take out the mold, spread the cheese buns on top. Put in the oven again and bake until the buns are done.
