It's a pretty nutritious salad. But after it there is no heaviness, as from many salads with poultry. Very little meat is used, and the bulk is fresh vegetables. Perfect for all lovers of a combination of meat and berries.
It is necessary
- - smoked duck fillet - 250 grams;
- - fleshy tomatoes - 2 pieces;
- - fresh carrots - 1 piece;
- - favorite salad - 1 head of cabbage;
- - olive oil - 30 milliliters;
- - green onions - a bunch of feathers;
- - raspberry vinegar - 15 milliliters;
- - black pepper and salt - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the smoked duck breast fillet into thin slices, so that small ovals are obtained. Disassemble the head of lettuce into leaves, rinse and dry, then pick them with your hands into a deep salad bowl in any order.
Step 2
Wash and peel carrots and onions. Cut the carrots into strips and finely chop the onion. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Remove seeds and excess juice. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
Step 3
Add smoked duck fillet, chopped vegetables to the salad leaves and sprinkle with green onions. Salt to taste and add your favorite ground pepper. Cover the salad bowl with a lid and shake it several times to combine all the ingredients.
Step 4
Use raspberry vinegar diluted with olive oil as a dressing. To do this, spread the salad on portioned plates and pour a small amount of dressing from the spout of the saucepan onto the salad in a thin stream in a circle.
