It is necessary

  • - fresh champignons - 300 grams;
  • - large and fleshy tomatoes - 2 pieces;
  • - medium sweet apples - 2 pieces;
  • - carrots - 1 piece;
  • - red salad onions - 1 head;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
  • - one half of a lemon;
  • - sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • - unsweetened mustard - half a teaspoon;
  • - dill and parsley - a bunch of fresh herbs;
  • - sea salt - by preference.

Instructions

Step 1

The champignons must be washed, dried and cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms in it, slightly salting. Fresh mushrooms can be replaced with canned ones. In this case, it is better to buy chopped immediately, drain all the liquid from them and do not salt during frying.

Step 2

Next, you need to prepare apples and tomatoes. To do this, wash them, cut the apples in half and remove the seed box, the stalk, the trace from the flower, remove the peel. Then, together with the tomatoes, cut into cubes.

Step 3

Then you need to prepare the dressing. To do this, finely chop the onion, peel and grate the carrots, squeeze the juice from half a lemon. Combine everything and add mustard, vegetable oil and sugar. Move diligently.

Step 4

Let the mushrooms cool and combine with tomatoes and apples. Season with sauce, salt, stir and garnish with fresh herbs when serving.
