Pour the milk into a large bowl and add the yoghurt. Stir thoroughly and pour into containers. We close the lids.

We put in the oven on the wire rack. Place a mug of hot water under the wire shelf. Close the oven for 5 hours. The water in the mug must be constantly changed to keep it hot.
