  • - gelatin - 8 g;
  • - coconut flakes - 1 tablespoon;
  • - jam - 2 teaspoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the chicken eggs in a separate bowl and beat thoroughly. Then add sugar to them. Stir the mixture well, then put it in a water bath. Heat to 50 degrees. Let cool slightly. After this procedure, its volume should be approximately 2-3 times larger. Next, add starch and flour to it. Stir the resulting mass until it becomes homogeneous. The biscuit dough for the future cake is ready.

Step 2

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Transfer the resulting dough to the prepared form and send to bake for about 35 minutes. When the baking is ready, let it cool down, then cut into round pieces, the diameter of which is 5 centimeters and the thickness is 0.8 centimeters.

Combine sugar and cream in a loose bowl. Beat this mixture thoroughly. Mix gelatin with warm water and add it to the creamy sugar mass. Mix everything well. The cake layer is ready.

Step 4

Put the resulting layer on the prepared piece of biscuit. Place the sliced pineapple slices on it and cover with 2 circles. Make the rest of the cakes in the same way.

Step 5

Then brush the sides of the desserts with whipped cream and roll in the coconut flakes. If you wish, you can decorate the treat with jam and the remaining pineapple slices. Pineapple cakes are ready.
