It is necessary

    • 3 eggs;
    • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
    • 2 tbsp cocoa;
    • 1 tsp baking powder;
    • 3 cups flour;
    • 300 g of chocolate;
    • 2 hazelnuts;
    • 2 wedges of white chocolate;
    • jam.

Instructions

Step 1

Make shortbread dough. Grind softened butter with flour and powdered sugar. Add the egg yolks. Spread half of the dough over the entire inner side of a semicircular heat-resistant form, which must first be greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with flour.

Step 2

Cover the dough with foil. Then sprinkle the beans or beans on top. Place the dough in the oven and heat to 200 degrees. Cook the whole thing for about 25 minutes, and then remove the foil and beans. Bake the dough. After it is ready, take it out and cool, but do not remove the dough from the mold. Bake the second, exactly the same piece of cake in the same way.

Step 3

Make a biscuit. If you are not sure if you can handle this, then you can use biscuit cubes mixed with cream. Put them in a mold and freeze them. Remove the finished hemisphere from the mold.

Step 4

Cut the bottom of the cake into a figure eight. Spread a generous layer of jam on top and leave to soak. Cut the remaining biscuit into small cubes.

Step 5

Bake small meringues, about 5 centimeters in diameter, beating the whites and sugar beforehand. Whisk softened butter with condensed milk. Divide the cream into two parts for two cakes.

Step 6

Collect two cakes. Coat one sand hemisphere with cream, placing it in the mold first to avoid breaking it. Combine remaining cream cubes and place on top of the meringue.

Step 7

Freeze the cake pan for 30 minutes. Remove the frozen cake from it and cut off the side. Having thus obtained the junction of the two hemispheres, put on a biscuit base. Make a second cake in the same way.

Step 8

Apply cream to the cake and decorate each hemisphere with candy on top. You can also decorate the cake with light chocolate. Remember that the main thing in the Bachelor's Dream cake is not the content, but the form.
