There are many ways to cook pasta.
Fried pasta with cheese
deep frying pan, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoon, pasta - 300 g, boiled water, hard cheese - 150 g, salt and seasonings to taste.
in a preheated frying pan, greased with oil, pour pasta. Fry them until golden brown. Then pour water so that it is 1 cm higher than the pasta. Close the pan with a lid. As soon as the water boils, remove the lid. Add salt and seasonings to taste, stir and wait until all the water has boiled away. We no longer cover the pan with a lid. If the water has boiled away, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of oil and fry for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle the hot pasta with grated cheese before serving.
Casserole with pasta
deep baking sheet or skillet, bowl, 300 g pasta, 2 cups milk, 150 g hard cheese, salt and seasonings to taste.
in a bowl, mix the milk with salt and seasoning. Pour pasta poured into a baking sheet with the resulting mixture. Pay attention that the milk hides all the pasta, otherwise they will be dry, add milk if necessary. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 250 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese on the casserole and place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
Pasta with stew
saucepan, colander, 2 liters of water, frying pan, 300 g pasta, 150 g stew, salt and seasonings to taste, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
bring salted water to a boil, pour pasta into it. After boiling, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes without covering. Drain pasta and rinse with cold water. Pour the pasta back into the pot and add the oil. Pour the stew into a preheated pan and fry. There is no need to add oil, because the stew itself is fatty. Add the stew to the pasta.
