Very easy to prepare, but delicious dessert that looks very beautiful. Chocolate tartlets can be filled with pieces of fruit or berries and whipped cream, but this recipe uses delicate curd cream as the filling.

It is necessary

  • For six servings:
  • - 200 g of dark chocolate, curd mass and milk;
  • - 100 g waffles;
  • - 1 bag of dry cream;
  • - kiwi to decorate the dessert.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and melt in the microwave or water bath. Apply a layer of chocolate with a silicone cooking brush to the silicone muffin tins, refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Then take out the molds, apply the next layer of chocolate - there should be 3 layers of chocolate in total, otherwise the tartlets will turn out to be too fragile.

Step 3

Remove the frozen tartlets from the molds - be careful not to break them. It's pretty easy to get them out of silicone molds.

Step 4

Take a bag of powdered whipping cream, mix with milk and beat for 5 minutes, then add the curd mass, mix with a blender until smooth.

Step 5

Rub the waffles on a medium grater, add to the creamy curd mass, you can mix with a spoon or with a blender.

Step 6

Put the curd cream in the chocolate tartlets. It is better to do this using a pastry syringe with a beautiful nozzle - this way the dessert will look much more neat.

Step 7

Chocolate tartlets with curd cream are ready, sprinkle with grated chocolate on top and garnish with fresh kiwi slices.
