Cheese cream tartlets are a great cold snack. Preparing the dish is simple, but it takes some time. The indicated amount of food is enough for 10-12 servings.
It is necessary
- - flour - 3 glasses;
- - hard cheese - 200 g;
- - Roquefort cheese - 100 g;
- - cottage cheese - 200 g;
- - sour cream - 200 g;
- - dill greens - 30 g;
- - lemon - 1 pc.;
- - butter - 200 g;
- - eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - semolina - 1 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough preparation. Sift the flour. Stir it with softened butter, you should get crumbs. Salt sour cream and add to flour. Knead the dough and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until a stable foam, add a couple of drops of lemon juice. Mash the Roquefort cheese with a fork, grate the hard cheese. Finely chop the dill. Mix the cheeses and dill.
Step 3
Beat the yolks with cottage cheese, add the cheese mixture and semolina. Add the whipped egg whites at the end and mix well. The cream filling is ready.
Step 4
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut out the circles with a glass (the size corresponding to the tartlet molds). Grease the tins with butter and place the dough circles in them. Press the dough against the sides of the molds.
Step 5
Place the prepared filling into the dough-filled molds. Bake the tartlets in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove the tartlets from the molds, decorate with herbs. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
