Delicious chocolate treat for tea. This is not an easy option for making muffins - in the middle of the dough we will place pears filled with chocolate. Such an original presentation will delight all gourmets.
It is necessary
- - 6 small pears;
- - 125 g each of flour and butter;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of chocolate;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa powder;
- - 1 teaspoon of instant coffee;
- - baking powder, juice from half a lemon, icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pears, be sure to take small fruits so that they fit together with the dough in muffin tins. Peel the pears, carefully cut the bottom off and save. Remove the center, then sprinkle the prepared pears with lemon juice - this will help save the fruits from early browning.
Step 2
Mash softened butter with sugar, add coffee, eggs, mix. Add flour with baking powder, cocoa powder, mix everything thoroughly to get a rather viscous dough.
Step 3
Place pieces of chocolate in the middle of the pears, cover with cut bottoms. Divide the finished dough into the tins to about half of them. If the molds are silicone, then you do not need to lubricate them with oil, but for beauty, you can insert special paper capsules for cupcakes.
Step 4
Dip the pears with chocolate into the dough, pressing them a little. Place the molds with the workpiece in the oven heated to 180 degrees.
Step 5
The pear and chocolate muffins take about 30 minutes to cook, but you should be guided by your oven and the size of your molds. Sprinkle powdered sugar on the finished muffins when serving. Chilled baked goods remain soft for several days.
