  • - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare the cake, grind the margarine with sugar, add vanillin, eggs, mix well. Then add lemon zest, baking powder, flour. Put the dough in a mold, previously greased with vegetable oil, bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.

Step 2

For the flowers, grind the margarine with sugar, add the yolks (remove the whites for the cream in the refrigerator for now) and flour.

Knead the shortcrust pastry, refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll out thinly and cut 16 small flowers.

Put them on a baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C.

Cool the finished cookies, fold in pairs and layer with jam. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Make the icing: beat the remaining whites into a foam, without stopping whipping, add sugar, starch and pour in lemon juice. You should get a thick mass.

Divide the frosting into four parts and touch each with food grade paint.
