- - vegetable oil;
- - vanillin;

- For flowers:
- - 200 g margarine;
- - 2 pcs. eggs;
- - 0.5 cups of sugar;
- - flour;
- - jam;
- - 8 ice cream sticks (pre-paint them green with food paint);
- For glaze:
- - 1 glass of powdered sugar;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of starch;
- - food colorings;
- - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice;
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the cake, grind the margarine with sugar, add vanillin, eggs, mix well. Then add lemon zest, baking powder, flour. Put the dough in a mold, previously greased with vegetable oil, bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes.
Step 2
For the flowers, grind the margarine with sugar, add the yolks (remove the whites for the cream in the refrigerator for now) and flour.
Knead the shortcrust pastry, refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll out thinly and cut 16 small flowers.
Put them on a baking sheet and bake at 180 ° C.
Cool the finished cookies, fold in pairs and layer with jam. Put in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Make the icing: beat the remaining whites into a foam, without stopping whipping, add sugar, starch and pour in lemon juice. You should get a thick mass.
Divide the frosting into four parts and touch each with food grade paint.
Step 4
First, cover the cake with green icing and let it set.
Cover the flowers with pink glaze, wait until it dries up and paint the small details on the flowers with yellow and red glaze.
Place flowers on sticks and insert them into a cupcake.
