Step 1

The first recipe.

Pour 1 cup granulated sugar into a saucepan and add 2 chicken eggs to it. Beat everything with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add 1 cup sour cream to the eggs, beaten with sugar. Mix everything.

Step 2

Add 0.5 teaspoon of baking soda to the rest of the ingredients. Stir the mixture thoroughly. Add 1 cup flour to the saucepan and stir until the lumps disappear completely.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place 500 g of washed and dried pitted cherries on top of the baking sheet. Pour the cooked dough over the cherries. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cake until golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.

Heat 200 ml of milk. Beat 1 egg and 150 g of granulated sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved and the volume increases by 2-3 times. Combine eggs and sugar with warmed milk. Melt 60 g of margarine and add to a bowl with milk, eggs and sugar. Mix everything until smooth.

Step 6

Extinguish 1 teaspoon of baking soda with vinegar. Add it to the dough. Pour 200 g of flour into the resulting mixture and mix everything.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Spread 300 g pitted cherries evenly over the surface of the dough, lightly pressing the berries into it.

Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
