Instructions

Step 1

First you need to marinate the meat so that it is juicy and soft in the dish. Cut the beef into small pieces and place in a bowl. Chop the onion in half rings and mix with the meat. Season with salt and spices to taste. Drizzle with vinegar. Place in a cool place for 2-3 hours.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes. Rinse it under running water and cut into strips or small slices - whichever you prefer. The thickness of the slices should be medium. Too thick will not bake properly. And thin pieces in the oven can turn into puree. Finely chop the garlic and herbs. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil. Then put the ingredients of the dish into it in the following sequence. Cover the bottom of the mold with a piece of marinade onion. The next layer is meat. After that comes the rest of the bow.
