It is necessary

  • - chicken fillet - 800 g;
  • - sweet peppers - 3 pcs. (green);
  • - sweet peppers - 2 pcs. (red);
  • - onion - 1 pc.;
  • - chicken broth - 150 ml;
  • - hard cheese - 100 g;
  • - salt and pepper - to taste;
  • - wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • - parsley - a bunch;
  • - vegetable oil.
  • For the Bechamel sauce:
  • - milk - 1, 5 glasses;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - wheat flour - 1 tablespoon;
  • - salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken fillet, cut into pieces. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, put fillet pieces, fry until crisp. Add some flour, cook for 1-2 minutes. Mix the broth with chopped parsley, add to the fried pieces. Add salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil, remove from heat.

Step 2

Rinse the pepper and cut into cubes. Peel the onion, chop it into rings. Fry the prepared vegetables with vegetable oil for 7-8 minutes.

Step 3

Prepare the mold, place half of the pepper and onion mixture in the first layer. Then a layer of chicken pieces, then onion and pepper.

Step 4

Prepare the Béchamel sauce, brown flour in a frying pan, add oil. Gradually pour in milk, salt and pepper, cook until thick.

Step 5

Pour the prepared sauce over the future casserole, top with cheese. Put the semi-finished product in the oven, bake for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
