It is tasty to eat, good desire, it unites a large number of people. Taking into account different taste preferences, I would like to offer a dish so that everyone will like it. There is a way out, you need to choose a recipe in which the composition of the products would satisfy the request of loved ones. Alternatively, Thai-style squid.
It is necessary
- squid carcasses - 6 pcs.,
- minced chicken - 0.5 kg,
- fresh champignons - 12 pcs.,
- onions - 2 pcs.,
- rice noodles - a bunch,
- dry white wine - 0.5 tbsp.,
- garlic - 4 cloves,
- tomato paste - 1 tablespoon,
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons,
- salt, pepper, sugar - to taste,
- dill, parsley or other herbs - a bunch.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the squids, rinse thoroughly in water. Leave for a while, let the water drain.
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan, dip the rice noodles there. Leave on for 10-15 minutes, let it soften and swell.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms, chop finely. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. After peeling, crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife, then chop.
Step 4
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Fry the mixture, add the minced chicken. Bring to readiness, then add the pasta. Simmer the whole composition for 2 minutes, then pour in the wine. Let the wine boil, then add salt, sugar and pepper. Stir, taste, add chopped herbs.
Step 5
Cut the finished noodles for convenience. Mix it with the resulting mass from the pan.
Step 6
Stuff the squid carcasses with the finished composition, put them on a baking sheet. Place the sheet in an oven heated to 230-250 degrees. Bake the dish for 20 minutes.
