Do you like French cuisine? Then prepare an incredibly delicious dessert related to this cuisine - creme brulee with caramel! It takes an hour and a half to prepare.
It is necessary
- For six servings:
- - milk - 900 ml;
- - six eggs;
- - cinnamon stick;
- - sugar - 230 g;
- - lemon zest - from two lemons;
- - wheat flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - vanilla extract - 1 tbsp. the spoon.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the milk (700 ml), add the cinnamon stick, lemon zest, vanilla. Cook for five minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Whisk half of the remaining milk with the egg yolk, and the other half with the flour.
Step 3
Pour boiled milk into a clean saucepan, add milk with egg and milk with flour, stirring quickly. Add 100 grams of sugar. Return the pan to the heat, simmer for 10 minutes, until the cream thickens.
Step 4
Pour crème brulee into 6 vases, leave to cool for an hour.
Step 5
Make caramel. Place the remaining sugar in a saucepan, keep on low heat until it melts and turns golden. Pour the caramel into molds on the cream, leave until hardened (five minutes will suffice). French dessert is ready!
