The combination of pasta with minced meat has become a lifesaver for many. After all, these two ingredients are great for each other, and dishes from them, as a rule, cook quite quickly. One option is to bake them in the oven as a casserole. If you decide to make such a casserole for the evening, you will get a very tasty dinner, which you can feed the whole family to their fill.

It is necessary

  • - Pasta (shells, springs, horns) - 450 g (1 pack);
  • - Minced meat (beef or homemade) - 400 g;
  • - Onions - 3 pcs.;
  • - Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • - Milk - 0.5 l;
  • - Hard cheese (for example, "Russian") - 200 g;
  • - Ground black pepper;
  • - Salt;
  • - Sunflower oil for frying;
  • - Baking dish.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 4 liters of water into a large saucepan, add 2 level tablespoons of salt and bring to a boil. After that, pour pasta into boiling water, bring to a boil again, stirring it, and cook at moderate temperature until half cooked. Then discard the pasta in a colander to drain the excess liquid.

Step 2

Peel the onions and chop finely. Pour sunflower oil into the pan and heat it well. Add the minced meat and fry until it brightens. Add onions to it, mix thoroughly and fry for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Once everything is ready, remove the pan from the stove and set it aside for now to cool the minced meat a little.

Step 3

Break the chicken eggs into a separate bowl, beat them slightly, and then pour in the milk and stir with a fork or with a whisk, adding a few pinches of black pepper. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Add half to the egg and milk mixture and stir, and leave the other half - it will come in handy a little later.

Step 4

Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it's warming up, take a baking dish and brush it with any oil. Place half of the pasta on the bottom, spread the minced meat on top and cover with the remaining pasta so that they completely cover the meat filling. Pour the mixture of eggs, milk and cheese evenly over. Send the casserole dish to the oven and cook for 40 minutes.

Step 5

10 minutes before the end of the time, remove the baking dish from the oven and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the casserole. Once the dish is ready, leave it on the table for 10 minutes. After that, the pasta and minced meat casserole can be cut and divided into portions. Serve with fresh chopped herbs and salad.
