It is necessary
- - 250 grams of nuts (finely chop)
- - 800 grams of carrots (peeled)
- - 30 grams of flour

- - 4 sesame burger buns
- - 2 sweet onions

- - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil. Then reduce heat to medium and add carrots. Cook for 20 minutes. Drain and transfer the carrots to a food processor. Add nuts, season with salt and pepper. Stir until the mixture is thick. Transfer everything to a bowl and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the mixture into 6 equal parts, shape each into a pie. Sift flour into a deep bowl. Break the egg on the other plate. Dip the pies in the egg and then in the flour. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet and sauté the patties on each side until golden brown.
Step 3
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in another skillet or large saucepan, place the onion and sauté until lightly golden.
Step 4
