From some at first glance incompatible products, sometimes it turns out to cook very tasty and original dishes. These include tartlets with cheese, garlic and kiwi.
It is necessary
- - 150 grams of crab sticks;
- - 100 grams of hard cheese;
- - 1 kiwi;
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt, black pepper;
- - 10 ready-made tartlets.
Instructions
Step 1
Crab sticks are thawed, if necessary, and then finely chopped with a sharp knife. If desired, you can replace this product with crab meat.
Step 2
Next, hard cheese is finely grated or chopped with a blender. Chopped garlic is added to the cheese, as well as hard-boiled chicken eggs, cut into small cubes. Garlic is best passed through a garlic press or grated on a fine grater.
Step 3
Then all the listed ingredients (crab sticks, cheese, eggs and garlic) need to be combined, salt and pepper, mix gently and lightly season with mayonnaise. Its amount depends on the tastes of the culinary specialist himself. There can be a lot of mayonnaise, like in a cheese salad, or just a little bit just to better combine the mixture.
Step 4
Before serving, the resulting crab-cheese salad must be laid out on tartlets, and on top of each of them lay a slice of fresh kiwi. It is not recommended to lay out the salad in advance, since tartlets from some manufacturers soak quickly enough from mayonnaise and other dressings.
Step 5
Immediately after that, the finished dish can be served to guests. This is a great option for an original and not annoying appetizer for a gala dinner.
