A friend taught me how to add dried fruits to minced meat for pies. She experiments with dried apricots and prunes. I also got the idea to try to do something of my own. I liked it with raisins. The dough I buy in the store is ready-made, it's easier. But you can do it yourself. The main thing is that there is a desire and time. At first I thought that meat, raisins and other dried fruits in one dish are not compatible. It turned out to be a delusion.
