The peculiarity of this recipe lies in the fact that the basis is made up of a mass of cookies. The middle is represented by curd mass, and the top is currant sauce.
It is necessary
- - 100 g of cookies;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 80 g margarine;
- - 500 g of currants;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 650 g of curd mass;
- - 1 can of condensed milk;
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. starch.
Instructions
Step 1
Crumble the cookies, add 50 g of sugar. Melt the margarine and combine with the cookies. Stir and place in a baking dish. Compact the mass well and set to cool for half an hour.
Step 2
Beat the currants, 100 g sugar, starch until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool. Pour the resulting currant sauce into a glass.
Step 3
Whisk the cottage cheese with condensed milk until thick. Add a drop of lemon juice, add eggs and whisk again. Pour the curd mixture into a baking dish with the cookies and top with the currant sauce. Use a knife to stir the top of the cake.
Step 4
Bake the cake at 150⁰C for 1 hour. Remove the finished cake from the mold and cool it down. Pour the sauce over the cake, garnish with pieces of currant and serve.
