Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them lengthwise into large pieces. Cook the tomatoes in wedges. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings. Prepare a baking sheet, put tomatoes and onions on its bottom, cover with finely chopped parsley.

Mix the potato slices with salt, dried herbs and paprika. Then spread them in the next even layer on a baking sheet.
Step 3
Pour wine over the laid out products, add water, up to exactly half of the potatoes. Place the sausage on top. It can also be smoked sausages, you do not need to cut them.
Step 4
Heat the oven to 200 degrees, set the dish with the semi-finished product and bake for 2 hours. During this time, the liquid will evaporate, but the Portuguese potatoes should not burn. Remove the finished dish from the oven, remove the sausage and cut it. Turn over the cooked dish on a dish, put pieces of sausage on top.
