It is necessary

- - 0.5 tsp paprika;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 1 teaspoon of salt;
- - 0.5 tsp of a mixture of 4 spices;
- - 4 small tomatoes;
- - 1 onion;
- - 0.25 tsp thyme (dried);
- - 1 medium clove of garlic;
- - Bay leaf;
- - ground pepper (white).
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly beat off pieces of meat and season with pepper and paprika. Then take an onion and chop thinly and chop a clove of garlic.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides. After that, take a heat-resistant saucepan and put the meat there, sprinkle with a mixture of 4 spices and salt.
Step 3
Scald all the tomatoes, then remove the skin from them and cut each in half. In the same pan (where the chops were fried), the onions should be fried until golden brown. Add chopped bay leaves, tomatoes, garlic and thyme. Then boil this mixture for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pour over the chops with the prepared mixture. After that, cover the almost finished dish with a lid and simmer for 8-12 minutes, until the pork becomes soft.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished hot dish with herbs (preferably parsley and dill). Meat can be served with spaghetti or boiled rice.
