Diversifying the flavor of potato soup is not as difficult as it might seem! One has only to add 300 grams of squid to the recipe, and the taste of the soup will change dramatically.

- - 300 gr squid
- - 40 grams of onions
- - 40 grams of carrots
- - 20 grams of celery
- - 20 grams of butter
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring 3/4 L of water to a boil and salt.
Step 2
Throw the peeled squid into boiling water and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the celery root, carrots and onions into strips.
Step 4
Fry the onions and carrots in butter, and cut the potatoes into small slices.
Step 5
Remove the squid from the broth, and put the potatoes in there, bring to a boil and add the onions, carrots and celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
After 5 minutes of cooking, return the squid to the boiling broth and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
