  • For chocolate chips:

  • - 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder;
  • - 120 g flour;
  • - 100 g pre-frozen butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Grease the portion molds with oil, put the curd mass in them.

Step 2

For crumb, grate butter on a cold grater, quickly, with fingertips, mix with flour, sugar, cocoa. Put on top of the curd mass.

Step 3

Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes (small pan) to 40 minutes (large pan). The finished casserole will shake slightly, but then, when cooled slightly, will harden. Best served warm. Bon Appetit!
