This cottage cheese and chocolate casserole is a perfect variation on the popular Zebra pie. By adding ordinary cocoa powder, a very chocolate breakfast is obtained, and due to cottage cheese, it is also healthy.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina;
- - 2 tbsp. cocoa spoons;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 30 g butter;
- - vanilla, any jam.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a soft cottage cheese. Place it in a container where you will knead the dough. Beat in two eggs as well. Add sugar with milk. Whisk with a blender until a paste. Add vanilla and semolina to the resulting mixture, beat again, let stand for 7 minutes.
Step 2
Divide the dough into 2 parts, add cocoa powder to one, mix until smooth to make a chocolate dough. The cocoa will make it thicker. You can add some milk.
Step 3
Pour chocolate and regular dough into a split mold in equal parts, alternating between each other. This will make a striped casserole.
Step 4
Place the dish in the oven, bake at 180 degrees until tender. According to this recipe, the top and casserole remains flat, it does not swell. If the casserole is still swollen, then at the time of baking, pierce the cake with a fork so that the air comes out of the casserole. It takes about 40 minutes to cook.
Step 5
Cool the prepared casserole, cut into portions, serve, sprinkle with any jam. The cottage cheese and chocolate casserole goes well with cherry jam, in this case, a healthy dessert can be garnished with a few cherries.
