Tea and orange peel add a special touch to this chocolate dessert.
It is necessary
- - 0.5 cups of water;
- - 3 tablespoons of strong tea;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 2 yolks;
- - 100 g of icing sugar;
- - 1/2 orange zest;
- - 300 g of dark chocolate;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. cocoa powder.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour half a glass of water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil and add 3 tablespoons of strong black tea. Strain and let the tea cool.
Step 2
Rub the butter to make a fluffy homogeneous mass. Add yolks and sugar and stir until frothy. Use a grater to remove the zest from half of the orange and place it in the oil mixture.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix chocolate and prepared mass, add chilled tea to it. Stir until the mixture thickens.
Step 4
Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment paper and spread the chocolate mass on it in a layer of 2 cm. Place the mold in the refrigerator. Cut the frozen chocolate mass into small diamonds or squares. Dip each bite in cocoa powder.
