Now you can find a box of champignons in almost any store. There are a lot of ways to prepare them, but I will share with you a super delicious recipe!

Such mushrooms can be cooked not only at home, but also taken with you to barbecue and grilled on the grill. It turns out very tasty.

It is necessary

  • 1. Champignons - 500 grams
  • 2. Sour cream - 350 grams
  • 3. Dill - 1 bunch
  • 4. Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • 5. Svan salt - to taste
  • 6. Black pepper - to taste

Instructions

Step 1

DO NOT wash the champignons, but just update the leg and clean the top skin.

If the mushrooms are large (as in my photo), then we cut them into 2 parts, so they will better absorb the marinade.

If the mushrooms are small, then leave them whole.

You can also leave large mushrooms whole, then the marinade will be only on top, and it will also be necessary to slightly increase the cooking time.

Step 3

Chop the dill finely, do not cut off the tail, but simply update it. We send the dill to the mushrooms in the pan.

To cut the dill into a dish (or any other herb) faster, I usually use kitchen scissors.

Then put sour cream, smoked paprika, ground black pepper, Svan salt in a saucepan with mushrooms.

If you want, you can add granular or fresh (but finely chopped) garlic.

Now you need to mix well so that the marinade is evenly distributed over all the mushrooms. I did it with my hands, it's faster and more convenient.

After mixing well, cover and leave the mushrooms to marinate at room temperature for about 2-3 hours.

You need to shake the pan periodically so that the marinade does not drain to the bottom.

After some time has passed and the mushrooms have been pickled, now we start cooking them.

Method 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cover the baking dish with foil cross to cross. We spread the mushrooms in the center of the foil and cover first 1 layer of foil, then the second. Be sure to close it so that there are no holes or gaps in the foil. We press a little all the foil to the mushrooms.

We send it to the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. Then we take it out, carefully unfold it and serve it to the table!

Method 2. String the mushrooms on skewers and send to simmer on the coals. It is important - mushrooms will absorb the smell if something else is languishing on the grill next to them (for example, meat). Therefore, if it is important for you that the mushrooms have no foreign taste or smell, then cook them separately.
