Beef liver, cooked with vegetables in an unusual way and served as a soufflé, will surprise you with a new unique taste. The recipe is suitable for both beef and chicken livers. Chicken liver soufflé turns out to be no less tender and tasty.

It is necessary

  • - beef liver (0.5 kg);
  • - milk (1 tbsp.);
  • - eggs (3 pcs.);
  • - black pepper (1/3 tsp);
  • - cream (1/2 tbsp.);
  • - corn flour (4 tablespoons);
  • - onion (1 onion);
  • - carrots (1 pc.);
  • - pickled cucumbers (2-3 pcs.);
  • - vegetable oil (1 tbsp. spoon).

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the washed liver with milk and leave for an hour.

Step 2

Add a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste into the beaten eggs. We continue to beat until foamy, gradually pouring in the cream, and then pouring in the corn flour (if there is no corn flour, it is quite possible to replace it with ordinary wheat flour).

Step 3

We wash and peel onions and carrots. Cut salted sour cucumbers into slices and squeeze slightly. Scroll the liver and vegetables in a meat grinder.

Step 4

Combine the resulting minced meat with eggs, whipped with cream and flour. Stir well until smooth.

Step 5

Lubricate the baking container with vegetable oil. We put the soufflé there.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake the souffle for half an hour. You can check if the dish is ready with a match or toothpick.
