Eat lean meats, liver, dairy products, eggs, nuts, and fruits several times a week. It is important not to forget about unrefined vegetable oils, especially olive oils.

Keep only essential healthy foods in your home, such as greens, vegetables, fish, yogurt, or cereals. Usually, you don't want to snack on such food just like that, for example, while watching a movie. But even if there is a desire to enjoy these products, they will be much more beneficial than cookies or popcorn.

If possible, cook a limited amount of food. This leaves you with nothing to add to your plate.

At work and at home, do not put plates on the table with what is usually served with tea - cookies, sweets and other harmful sweets. Thanks to this, the desire for something to eat will arise much less often. At worst, you can replace them with fresh fruit.

When you feel like grabbing something to eat, take a leisurely glass of water. Excess fluid will be extremely beneficial for the body and will dull the feeling of hunger a little.
