Butter is a valuable product found in almost every refrigerator. it contains calcium, zinc, phosphorus, iron and many other trace elements. regular use of the oil improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails.
However, not all oils are created equal. Natural butter is made only from cream obtained from cow's milk, there should be no other ingredients.
Going for oil first of all, you need to carefully inspect the packaging, it should not be broken, otherwise you can get a spoiled product and within the shelf life. By the way, you shouldn't forget about it either, the shelf life of natural oil is no more than three weeks.
Natural butter necessarily contains this word in the title. For example, "butter", "natural butter", "traditional butter", etc. If the word "butter" is missing on the package, then it is a vegetable-creamy substitute, to put it simply, a spread. Spreads contain at least 38% vegetable fats, are softer in texture and do not freeze in the freezer, as it happens with natural oil.
The price of natural oil cannot be low. If a vendor offers bulk butter at a bargain price, then you are likely being tricked into trying to foist a counterfeit or expired product.
Often the fat content of the product is indicated on the package. The most popular is peasant butter with a fat content of 72%, 80% - amateur oil, 82-82, 5% - traditional. A product with a fat content of less than 72% does not count as oil, it is a spread.
The main GOST according to which butter is made is 37-91. Any other numbers marked "GOST" do not guarantee that you will receive natural and healthy butter.
