A delicate curd-based pudding will be appreciated by any mother: even the most capricious child will like the lush dessert, who does not recognize a healthy dairy product in its pure form.

Ingredients:

  • Butter - 50 g;
  • Cottage cheese - 2 packs;
  • Semolina - 60 g;
  • Chopped orange peel - a couple of pinches;
  • Granulated sugar - 200 g;
  • Large chicken eggs - 3 pcs;
  • Soda.

Preparation:

  1. We take out butter, eggs and cottage cheese from the refrigerator in advance - let them warm up slightly in room conditions.
  2. Separate the whites and yolks. Combine the yolk mass with soda and granulated sugar, and then beat intensively with a mixer until clarified. By this time, the egg-sugar mixture will acquire an airy, homogeneous consistency.
  3. Combine the softened butter and cottage cheese in a separate bowl. We also knead them until they are completely homogeneous.
  4. We spread the semolina into the curd mass. Knead thoroughly and leave to swell for about fifteen minutes. In the meantime, beat the whites into a foam.
  5. After the expiration date, carefully mix the proteins with the curd-manna-cream mixture and sweetened yolks. The dough should come out soft and fluffy.
  6. We spread the pudding base in a carefully greased baking dish (we process it not with vegetable, but with butter). Sprinkle with fragrant orange zest.
  7. We put the dish in the preheated oven and cook the dessert for 35 minutes (the indicated time is approximate: the exact baking time depends on the characteristics of the oven). The optimal temperature regime is 180 degrees.

In the finished form, the rosy pudding is covered with an appetizing crunchy crust and easily leaves the sides of the container. Cool the treat slightly before cutting it into portions.
