It is necessary

  • - greens (sorrel, spinach, green onions, lettuce) 300 g;
  • - carrots 1 pc.;
  • - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - kefir 1 glass;
  • - semolina 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - flour 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - baking powder 1 teaspoon;
  • - vegetable oil for frying.
  • For the sauce:
  • - walnuts 0.5 cups;
  • - parsley greens 0.5 bunch;
  • - basil 0.5 bunch;
  • - hard cheese 70 g;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1/4 teaspoon salt;
  • - 1/4 cup sour cream.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove tough stems from greens and chop finely. Peel and grate the carrots. Beat eggs with a whisk together with salt. Then combine the greens, carrots and eggs.

Step 2

Add flour, black pepper and semolina to them. Stir the resulting mixture, it should turn out like thick sour cream. Leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Cooking the sauce. Fry the walnuts in a dry frying pan. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Grind the herbs for the sauce thoroughly with salt. Add finely chopped garlic to the herbs, then walnuts, grind the mass until smooth. Pour in sour cream and add cheese, mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Add baking powder to the infused pancake dough and stir. Put the dough in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil with a tablespoon and fry the pancakes on 2 sides until golden brown.
