Instructions

Step 1

Take a small eggplant, rinse it, cut it into circles. If it is young, then peeling of the peel is not required. The circles should be 1 cm thick.

Add tomato and garlic to the onion. Add some sugar and seasonings to taste. Simmer a little, stirring occasionally for a thick sauce.
