Schnitzel with pineapple is a spicy and rather exotic dish. Pineapple slices not only give the meat an unusual taste, but also look like an original decoration.

- - 300 g canned pineapples
- - curry powder
- - salt
- - soy sauce
- - tomato paste
- - vegetable oil
- - 4 schnitzels from any meat
- - sugar
- - cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the schnitzels on both sides in vegetable oil until a crust forms. In a separate bowl, combine one tablespoon of tomato paste, some soy sauce, sugar, and a chopped pineapple ring.
Step 2
Put the rest of the pineapple rings in a pan and lightly fry, having previously pepper the workpiece. Arrange the schnitzels in a baking dish. Place a pineapple ring on top of each and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the dish in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
When the cheese is melted, place a small amount of the tomato mixture in the middle of each pineapple ring. The dish can be served with a potato or rice garnish, garnished with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
