Cabbage pie is a traditional Slavic dish made from simple and healthy products. To do this, you can use fresh or sauerkraut, and the dough is usually made with kefir, yeast or sour cream.

- • 400 g of bacon;
- • 2 eggs;
- • 4 tbsp. flour;
- • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;
- • 4 tbsp. sour cream;
- • a bunch of dill;
- • vegetable oil for lubricating the mold;
- • salt.

Step 1
Wash a head of cabbage, remove the top leaves and finely chop. We mimic the cabbage so that it starts up the juice, fry it in a pan in vegetable oil. To make it softer, cabbage can be stewed with a little milk. But if there is no time, the vegetable can not be fried or stewed, but simply chopped.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into small cubes, leave several long plates to decorate the cabbage pie. My dill and chop finely, leave a few branches intact. Break the eggs into a deep bowl, salt and beat well, then gradually add mayonnaise, sour cream and flour. Mix the bacon, cabbage and dill and put in the dough, mix everything well.
Step 3
Grease the form with vegetable oil and lightly sprinkle with flour, put the dough into it. We put in an oven preheated to 280 ° C for 30 minutes. Bake the cabbage pie until golden brown. We roll up the remaining bacon plates and put them on the finished dish, put a few sprigs of dill on top. To make the cabbage pie more aromatic, you can sprinkle it with grated cheese a few minutes before cooking. If there is no bacon at home, you can replace it with fresh mushrooms, boiled sausage, sausages, minced pork and beef.
