The aromatic bacon soup will appeal to many. You can serve it to guests or just please your household. The soup can be served in a common bowl or in portions, in plates.

- - 300 g of bacon;
- - 150 g of carrots;
- - 200 g of celery;
- - 150 g onions;
- - 600 g of potatoes;
- - 300 g of canned beans;
- - thyme branches;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Take care of vegetables. Finely chop the peeled onion, grate the carrots on a medium-sized grater. Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes. Cut the bacon into medium pieces. Do the same with celery.
Step 2
Prepare a saucepan. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Add grated carrots to the onion and fry everything. Place diced bacon and celery in a toast. Everything should cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Fill everything with water. Remember that you have soup, so you must have the right amount of water. Add prepared potatoes, pepper, salt to the soup. After 3 minutes, pour in the canned beans, cook for another 3 minutes.
Step 4
Throw the thyme into the pot, the soup is ready, you can turn off the heat. Leave it to brew for 15 minutes, closing the lid, so it is better saturated with all the flavors.
