In the meantime, prepare the filling for the future treat. To do this, combine poppy seeds and honey and transfer to a free saucepan. Place the mixture on low heat and cook, stirring continuously, for 10 minutes.

Turn the risen dough into a layer by rolling it out with a rolling pin, grease it with oil and place the cooled poppy filling on it so that it is evenly distributed over the entire surface. Then wrap the dish like a roll.
