This dessert is perfect for those who cannot live without chocolate. And coconut liqueur and coconut flakes will give it a unique heavenly flavor.
It is necessary
- - 400 g of high quality dark chocolate;
- - 300 g of high quality white chocolate;
- - 300 g of cream with a fat content of 30%;
- - 30 ml of coconut liqueur (for example, Malibu);
- - 125 g of coconut flakes.
Instructions
Step 1
Cover a baking sheet with a size of about 20 by 30 cm with baking paper or foil. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring 200 ml of cream to a boil. Remove the cream from the heat and put the pieces of dark chocolate in them. Stir until the chocolate dissolves, add rum, mix again. Pour the chocolate with cream and rum into a baking sheet, distribute evenly with a spatula.
Step 2
We repeat the operation with 100 ml of cream and white chocolate, but without the rum.
Step 3
Pour the white chocolate with cream over the dark chocolate and spread with a spatula. Both types of chocolate can be lightly mixed with each other for beauty. We put the baking sheet in the refrigerator at least overnight.
Step 4
The next day, remove the baking sheet from the refrigerator. Pour half of the coconut flakes onto the work surface approximately in the shape of a baking sheet, spread the chocolate dessert on it. Sprinkle with the second half of the coconut. Cut the chocolate into small pieces with a hot knife. We store the dessert in the refrigerator and always serve chilled.
