It is necessary
- - raisins - 0.5 cups;
- - golden raisins - 0.5 cups;
- - hot water - 1 glass;

- - wheat flour - 110 g;
- - baking soda - 0.5 teaspoon;

- - nutmeg - 1/8 teaspoon;
- - oat flakes - 270 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Place two types of raisins in one cup and cover with a glass of hot water. Leave the dried fruit in this form for one quarter of an hour, that is, for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a deep-bottomed bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Beat this mass until it looks like a cream. Then add vanilla extract and one raw chicken egg there. Beat the mixture for one minute.
Step 3
Take another bowl and place in it wheat flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt, as well as nutmeg and oatmeal. Mix all of the above ingredients properly, then add a tablespoon of boiling water to them. Stir again.
Step 4
Combine the oil and oat mixture. Add the raisins soaked in water to the resulting mass, after draining the water from it. Mix everything well. Roll into small balls from the resulting dough.
Step 5
After placing baking paper on a baking sheet, put the balls of dough on it at some distance from each other. Then, gently press down on them until they become flat and flattened. Bake oatmeal cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-17 minutes, that is, until the baked goods are golden brown.
Step 6
First cool the finished delicacy a little in the turned off oven, then transfer it to the wire rack. Boiled oatmeal cookies are ready!
