  • - 150 ml of peach syrup;
  • - 3-4 quince of medium size;
  • - a glass of creamy ice cream.

Instructions

Step 1

In a deep bowl, combine ice cream and 50 ml peach syrup. Heat the mass to a temperature of 80-90 degrees (do not boil in any case).

Step 2

Add oatmeal to the hot mixture, mix everything, cover and leave for 30-40 minutes for the flakes to swell (you can pre-wrap the mixture with a terry towel).

Step 3

Cut the peel off the quince, remove the core with the seeds, chop in random order, put the fruit in a saucepan, pour 100 ml of peach syrup, 70 grams of water into it and bring to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat, cool.

Step 4

Grind peaches and quince with a fork into porridge, add rolled oats, butter, sugar, salt to the mixture and mix all the ingredients well. As a result, you should get a dough of medium density.

Step 5

Cover the baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle it with flour and use a spoon to form a rounded flat cookie (a silicone mold is also suitable for baking oatmeal cookies, it must first be greased with vegetable or butter).

Step 6

Place the baking sheet in the oven for 40 minutes, adjusting the temperature to 180-190 degrees. Put the finished cookies on a flat plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. A fragrant dessert made of fruits and rolled oats is ready.
