Honey salad with pumpkin, apples and melon
Ingredients:
- 130 g pumpkin;
- 120 g of apples and melons;
- 50 g of honey;
- lemon juice.
Chop the pumpkin, mix with honey. Cut the apple melon into cubes, mix with the honey pumpkin, top the salad with lemon juice.
Honey salad with oranges, bananas and melons
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, 2 oranges;
- 1 medium melon;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sour juice, honey, crushed nuts;
- mayonnaise.
Peel fruit, cut bananas and oranges into slices, melon into slices. Shuffle the fruit onto a platter (in straight rows or in a circle). Pour with a mixture of juice and honey, sprinkle with any chopped nuts. If desired, you can add mayonnaise to the salad.
Honey salad with pumpkin and honey
Ingredients:
- 200 g pumpkin;
- 1 sour apple;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of nuts, honey, berry juice;
- lemon or orange peel.
Peel the pumpkin, grate, add a grated large apple, season with sour juice, add honey and grated orange or lemon zest. Sprinkle the prepared salad with crushed nuts before serving.
